Chez Coco – 4-Star Family Home with Jacuzzi & Games in Cantal

A lovingly renovated family house



Chez Coco is, above all, a family story. Built in the 1930s by our great-grandparents and passed down through generations, this house holds special meaning for us.



We are Antoine and Manon, passionate about renovation. Over more than 3 years, with the help of our family, we fully restored the house ourselves. Léa-Rose joined in as a little helper, and Paulin arrived during this wonderful family adventure.



The house offers comfort for family stays or getaways with friends.



Enjoy a spacious, bright living area, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, garden, games room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey, a covered and heated outdoor jacuzzi for 6, and a pétanque court—everything you need to share great moments together.



For families with babies and young children: crib, high chair, booster seat, and potty are available.



The house comfortably hosts up to 12 guests plus a baby.



At the gateway to Cantal, discover an exceptional region: Puy Mary and its pastures, Salin waterfall, Chalbignac and Bort-les-Orgues dams with the famous Château de Val, Longayroux lake with its water sports center, the Mars valley ideal for fishing, and the medieval village of Salers. Nature lovers will find plenty to hike, cycle, and marvel at in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park.



Mauriac is also a sports town: padel, tennis, football, rugby, horseback riding—everything you need to stay active during your stay!



Located at the exit of Mauriac, on the road to Salers and Aurillac, Chez Coco offers a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and services.



Good to know: multi-level town house, pets allowed under conditions (max 2), bed linen, towels, and cleaning included.
