"Apartments are in fron of the Manukau Bus Station, but are incredibly quiet. There is a park in front if you want to take a walk or jog.Two bedroom apartment is good sized, good complete kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster.. Bathroom is OK. Now for the bad part. Beds are small (not queen, double size), mattress is poor (had to buy a mattresss topper to stay 10 days) Air conditioning is a portable unit, very noisy and irritating. "An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough."

"We had an excellent stay, almost as comfortable as our own home, which was a pleasant surprise since many holiday properties we’ve stayed in haven’t been as cozy. "My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. "

"From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport.
