"Rain or shine, Hana never fails to disappoint. A stay here is tonic for the soul. After the busy activities in Lahaina area, it felt great to slow down and just be. The home was a tranquil place, beautiful yard of flowers to greet us, a strand of native bananas hung by the door for the picking. Good! We are two older couples and the accommodations were perfect. Close to town, a short walk to a dramatic black lava beach, you can see the ocean from the porch. And the porch....a special...

"Our second stay in this house (top floor only).Easy booking, clear instructions, has as described. Great location for our stay in Hana. Helpful host!We were familiar with the house and it is as advertised. The only issue was two of the fans don't work as they should (one moves little to no air now as compared to our last stay) and the other started making very loud noises during the night and woke 2 of us up. When they are fixed all will be great! "

"Just wonderful. Bananas and star fruit growing in the yard, amongst dozens of different flowers. You do have to share the premises with cows and geckos….fine by us! Big, open rooms, very old-beach style. Wonderful ocean views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom. A great visit."

"This property is amazing! Not right on the water but great view of the ocean, can hear the ocean and 3minute walk to the beach!! Beautiful property and plenty of extras such as a jacuzzi, sauna, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and an on-site private outside shower to clean up after walking or playing in the beach. "1st impression upon entering Aloha Cottage: "this place is super cute!" After sound sleep in the 4-poster bed, which had the most comfortable sleeping pillows we'd ever encountered away from home, we experienced the 1st sunrise on Maui, enhanced by presence of fragrant frangipani blossoms overhead and at our feet. Next thing to catch the eye were palms, banana plants, two porch swings, and an outside daybed. We spent a few early mornings exploring the property and the gated community within...

"Stayed for 5 nights to celebrate my wife’s 50th. This place is perfect, cold AC, a bathroom connected to each of the three bedrooms plus one more off of the living room. We are a party of five, with three adult “kids”.Beds are comfortable, note that there are three bedrooms in total. One is a King or two twins and the other two rooms have QUEEN beds. Pranees Thai food was amazing and also a short walk away.The home is clean, updated, and perfectly decorated. Roberta was communicative and hepful.
