"Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned. "The room was fantastic! Very comfortable, spacious and surrounded by greenery. They don’t have onsite front desk, so it can make late requests a little challenging. "Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith. Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog.
