"Reservamos una habitación en este alojamiento. Al llegar, apareció una persona que nos llevó a 200 metros de la ubicación real, y nos metieron en un edificio chino de mala muerte. Muy sucio, con arañas, y muy mal olor. Una gran decepción el trato recibido"

"Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good"

"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. "The apartment is in a very convenient location- about 5 minutes walk from Interlaken West. There are a plethora of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk as well. Everything about the apartment was as advertised. The pictures are very representative of the apartment. Hot water and water pressure were both good, and the bed was very comfortable. "Unbelievable little town ❤️ nestled in the most enchanted valley! Lots to do or just relax and enjoy the view. Juliet was very attentive and responded to my communication promptly (even shipped a new toaster when she found out ours wasn’t working). I only wish I had asked for more towels as 1pp for 5 nights was not really enough. Would love to return again ! 💗🇨🇭Highly recommend this unit!"

"I stayed with my family for four nights in this beautiful property. The check-in process was easy and the responsiveness from the hosts was fantastic. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have a bus stop right out the front door. Our only complaint was not having blackout curtains on the windows. The sun was bright very early in the morning. Great stay and I highly recommend this apartment."

"Barbara's chalet was amazing! The view from the the porch is breathtaking. Barbara and her husband were extremely friendly and attentive. We stayed in the chalet for 4 weeks and loved every minute of it! The walk up from the train station is pretty steep and was quite the cardio workout, but after a few days we got the hang of it. The chalet is off the beaten path and has very little vehicle traffic so it was a very peaceful vacation. We loved every minute of it!"

"Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍"

"En general bien aunque a mi llegada no tenían mi habitación y lo que hicieron fue darme un apartamento que está mejor que la habitación que reservé. El hotel está ubicado exactamente en la estación de tren Interlaken West lo que facilita por mucho los traslados a cualquier parte de la zona"
