"Our stay at the Ryokan Tsuchi to Ito was nothing short of a dream. The ryokan itself is beautiful with gorgeous details and comfort in every corner. The host, Kimi, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and provided wonderful recommendations as we spent our days exploring Nagano. The food is absolutely exceptional, and you can tell they take great pride in the food they grow and Kimi’s mom is an incredible cook. We will never forget our stay, and enthusiastically recommend...

"We stayed for 17 days.
The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. "Ha sido una experiencia perfecta en este ryokan. Aunque el acceso es algo difícil, hay una parada de autobús junto enfrente del ryokan que os permitirá llegar a Hirayu Onsen y a Takayama. La comida es espectacular. Y los Onsen, una maravilla. Mención especial para la amabilidad del personal."
