"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"The host was very welcoming. The house had everything you could need and more. The restaurants around the neighbourhood served great food at very reasonable prices. "Great place, nice and cozy with comfortable beds and lots of room. The only downsides are it is right next to the train tracks, so it’s very noisy and shakes the house some, so it’s hard to sleep at night. The green exits lights also make it hard to sleep, but a sleep mask helps."
