Our room was spacious but it was tired with the carpet and decor needing some updating, but believe this is work in progress throughout the hotel. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for our daughter. Room was very warm but geared towards a family with double room and bunk bed. Staff were all friendly. The down side was very little light in the room, just a skylight. Also, no views. Other rooms may have better light and views though. Price for my room was very reasonable
