Coopers Retreat is a fully equiped 800 sf cabin on 2 acs. There is a 50 Amp RV hookup with water/sewage for additional guests with their RV. Close to Lake Corpus Christi & conveniently next to I37, the rural setting offers tranqiility and peace. Enjoy wildlife, relax on the patio deck, star gaze at night by the firepit or relax in the covered hottub. Cabin is 8 miles (10 mins) north of Mathis TX. Bdrm Kg sleeps 2, Pullout sofa sleeps 2. This cabin is 4 guest max, excluding RV. Breakfest Sandwiches (sausage, egg and cheese) are included with this Semi Secluded quiet setting. A bird sanctuary featuring many species of birds for bird watchers and plenty of wildlife. Great Roadrunners Cardinals, Titmouses and Jays just to name a few. The bearded dragon, wandering deer and grazing wild rabbits may be seen around the prperty too. The entire property is fully fenced. Please notify Coopers Retreat if utilities are needed for rv so electrical box can be unlocked. RV utilities are $30 extra per night. There is a 50 foot covered deck with TV and a seperate covered hot tub area fully fenced. Cabin has a 7 cubic foot chest freezer for ice bags and additional food storage. Please be aware that there is ample wildlife on and around the property. I recommend closing the vehicle gate after entry. Please respect the wildlife. No fireworks or excessive noise. This is not a party place but is intended as a quiet retreat. There are scattered neighbors so please be respectful. Tv's have local channels and around 200 additional channels. Tv's have movie apps. NO PARTYING OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR IS ALLOWED at this retreat.
