"Es un hotel de primera !! Hermoso!! Súper bien ubicado, frente a la Catedral y con una vista increíble a pocos pasos. La habitación en el Palazzo es muy cómoda, con todos los servicios, amenities y detalles que hacen una estadía linda. El personal super eficiente y amable. Felicitaciones al personal de recepción y del restaurante !! Esperamos volver pronto a Matera !! Una ciudad realmente hermosa !!"

"Fantastic location in the heart of the old town of Matera. We had stunning views from our room and they only get better if you go to the upstairs terrace. Staff were very helpful and the perfect hosts. Breakfast options were a little limited but more than we needed. One thing we did find being close to the road was that the car noise finishes late and starts early so light sleepers may need ear plugs. We used the Parcheggio Nicoletti option for our car and this worked very well. Highly recommended!"
