"Three staff is very accommodating, and kind. There's a nice feeling they all know you and are trying to really help. We were there 4 days and it felt like we are a little community. The rooms are comfortable, clean, hot water and good internet connection. The breakfasts are very nice. "I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. "If You are looking for an American/European resort this place May disappoint you. When I travel I like authentic local places. This place is totally Africa. Breakfast was modest and great. The food to order from the kitchen was fresh and very reasonably priced. The bring the food to you in front of your bungalow. Security was good. The highlight of my entire trip was swimming with the turtles that you can do for free if you stay here. Very close to beach and local Zoo."
