Where we have soiled / stained sheets including bed wetting this is charged back to the guest but if its something you think may be an issue its good to discuss with the hotel in advance the options. Most hotels would be the same but many staff dont have the confidence to follow their Resort rules which is something we are working on improving on our side too. We appreciate other guests who may read your feedback as this helps us to get the right information out so we dont let our guests down who dont expect that there would be a charge for this.We still hope you had a wonderful time for the rest of your time in Samoa,

Thank you LemalieThere should have been a rubbish bin in your bathroom - we apologise for this inconvenience.We have also noticed in some showers water can fall onto the floor outside the shower - normally it runs directly off your elbow without evening knowing it. This isnt something we are changing right now but definitely what we can look into for any future bathroom improvements.thank you

Thank you Ray,Our GM/Mum is almost 70 but she loves our guests (and our staff) so does loves to head around spending time with guests! We are glad you enjoyed our entertainment too - we are pretty proud of them!

Talofa AnonymousThank you for your feedback!We apologise that at 0900 our kitchen were not able to cook any more donuts - this is strange if they had run out and should not be happening! (Even after wedding nights - most guests wake up later and hungry after a big wedding night... when its a party night!)Thank you for mentioning our security - its not often easy being a security guard at a Resort - the joy kill of of a big party night - but their role is paramount and has kept many safe - so thank you!And yes there are definiteley cockroaches in Samoa - foremostly due to the humid weather you may come across them outside and sometimes they can make their way into the rooms but not very often.

We are sorry the porter did not help you with your bags - this is not normal for them and so we are sorry we missed the mark. And thank you for raising the beach - our beach has a mood of its own and thats we include the tide information in our daily letters, and limit the number of day guests we have and ensure they understand our beach too - as its beautiful but can be very dangerous.

Talofa JoanneThank you for your feedback.There definitely should not have been a dirty ash try on your deck, and some lights, and the safe, and TV not working. The safes all have a key and an access code. And we have a few rooms that do not have cable TV available but you should be able to access smart TV and USBs with movies are provided from reception if needed - we are sorry if these werent made available to you. The bathroom floor in our garden view rooms can become wet from excess water that splashes onto the ground but definitely should not be flooding. We are looking into the design of some of the showers if it is something we need to change so thankyou again for your feedback.
