"Staff was more than accommodating. Had a few issues upon arrival with the accommodation type chosen (the cheapest rooms are quite a bit from the beach and run down, they are not as the reception area is). The hotel took care of the misunderstanding with the utmost customer service. The rooms in the bungalows and two story white building are beautiful. The pool is as pictured. Breakfast on the beachfront was lovely each morning. Walking distance to everywhere, but rent a bike, mask and snorkel!...

Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und freundlich,selbst unsere Koffer bei der Abreise haben sie selbstverständlich zum Strand getragen. "Petite but wonderful oasis, right on the beach, and near anything else you could want. Special shout out to the superb staff, whose manager keeps things in top clean condition and is ready for any request. For a small place, it offers big value. And try the restaurant too - it offers a complete menu!"

"Falta, baño nauseabundo, no hay ni una parcha para colgar ropa, no hay wifi y el aire acondicionado hacer un ruido horrible que no te deja conciliar el sueño. Un timo."

"SCAM. Nothing like pictures. Building area looked like a slum. Disgusting room. Previous flooding visible on the walls. No desk to talk to just a phone service where the so called manager promised a refund as we could not stay there. Weve found other honest operators on gili t, so cant get our money back but hope this serves as a warning. After speaking to locals we were told tgeyhave been scamming people for ages, so why are still on expedia??"

"Ths was a lovely 3 night stay. The staff can not do enough to look out for you and the spot on the beach is just awesome. Beautifully kept room, lovey breakfasts and on the quieter side of the island but still only a 20 minute walk to a livelier spot. But that worked for me..."

"This place has the best energy. We stayed for 9 days and absolutely loved it! Very comfortable and has everything you need. The best part is the staff and owners. They go out of their way to take care of you and make a friend with you. Will do anything you need, just ask them. Great people, played guitar in the evenings. Was sad to leave! "Hébergement bon marché, géré par du personnel très jeune, le ménage est "survolé". On vous conseille vivement les chambres du 1er étage. Équipements sommaires (douches équipées que d'un phare de douche par exemple) . Les chambres dites "standard" sont à éviter, elles sentent le renfermé car pas de circulation d'air. On pourrais comparer ces chambres à des pseudos caves. La piscine est correct mais petite. 4 transats de dispo. Ce n'est clairement pas l'endroit pour passer une après midi relax à...
