Spacious and comfortable, this gorgeous 4-bedroom home is the definition of a kiwi summer getaway! With a seamless indoor/outdoor flow that allows you to go from relaxing on the couches to soaking up the sun out on the deck. Complete with everything you need from a coffee machine to boat parking and of-course Wifi with Chromecast.

The house is fitted with solar panels, making it a more eco-friendly choice for your stay.

And if it's a winter stay you're planning, sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie snuggled up in the warm and bright lounge. There are board games to play and the deck is still a great place to relax on a sunny day.

With Matapouri Bay a short walk away, you'll be sure to be spending as much time as possible by the beach. Head down for a surf or swim, sit out in the sun and cosy up to a good book or enjoy an evening stroll as the sun sets. If you're feeling adventurous, there are a number of scenic spots to check out, such as Poor Knights Island, Whale Bay, and Woolleys Bay, to name a few.

There is no internal access between levels. Access to the second level is by external uncovered stairs only.

Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

Please note there are 3 security cameras on the property. There is one over the main entrance at the top of the stairs; the second covers the downstairs main entrance, and the third covers the 2 downstairs sliding doors. These cameras are deactivated prior to guests' arrival for your privacy.

Please note that there is an standard EV charger for EV vehicles/Hybrids, however this is not a fast charger.
