Matapouri Bay on the Tutukaka Coast is a top spot for the family holiday.
This 2 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor so as you step out your front door you are ten steps from being on the beach.
Situated in the middle of the beach you have prime position and prime view over the beach and out to the famous Poor Knights Island.
Just 6 mins drive away is Tutukaka which is home to the well known Dive Tutukaka. Here you can book trips to the Poor Knights Island for a Dive or just a sight seeing trip, you can also dive two of the navy ship wrecks along the coast..
If you like to Kayak the property has 2 for use but you must bring your own life jackets.
Another 5 mins drive away in Sandy Bay which is a very popular surf spot if you wanting rip it up on the waves...
Matapouri is also home the the famous Mermaid Pools. Just note you may want to ask the locals for advice if you wish to take the walk there..
