Also on this floor, an open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a freezer, and opens onto a dining area with direct access to a large terrace of 24 m2.

On the upper floor, a comfortable living room provides a relaxing communal space. The third bedroom on this level is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and includes a shower and WC.
