"We had a quick one-night stay and still managed to leave a suitcase behind and didn't realize it until we were two hours away. (Doh!) After the panic subsided, we contacted Muny and she thankfully replied right away to help us arrange a way to pick up our baggage. She did all this while on vacationing abroad! We're very grateful for her and her husband's help, in addition to a nice stay in downtown Dorchester."

"We spent 3 nights in this East Boston Condo. It’s well appointed and has a beautiful outdoor deck with a nice view of the River and Boston Skyline. Our weather was great so we sat outside every night. The property manager Jay provided great suggestions of the area, how to navigate public transportation and how to enhance our experience. "What a beautiful property, so lovely, perfect location and had everything we needed. So many positives; comfortable beds, really roomy space so lots of ability to move around and store items, parking directly outside for free, our own entrance and amazing kitchen facilities. Was great to be able to wash clothes too. Location wise it is an 8-10 min walk to the metro station then a quick and easy ride into Boston. "Check in easy & parking is great. When went to sleep for first night we realized there was no fitted sheet on mattress cover. I communicated to the owner .i also was in need of a toaster as the apartment did not have. Well right after breakfast the fitted sheet was left in foyer area along with a brand new toaster. The owner is very accommodating . The Ac system is wonderful. And I’d stay there again."
