The villa spans three floors plus a rooftop terrace, totaling approximately 500 square meters. . On the first floor, there’s a large dining room with a beautiful table that seats up to 18 people, a living area furnished with sofas, a 52-inch satellite TV, and a stunning designer electric fireplace that will keep you warm on cooler evenings. Rounding out the floor are a guest bathroom and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen featuring a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a wine cooler stocked with a wide selection of wines from the finest Italian wineries. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with full bathrooms and spacious walk-in showers, as well as a suite consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom. In the center of the room stands a beautiful bathtub with a partition, where you can relax at any time during your stay.
The second floor is identical to the first, so we have three bedrooms arranged in the same way; the only difference is the color scheme of the stunning Vietri tile flooring.
The property is topped off by a splendid terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, where you can practice yoga at sunset or sunrise while admiring the island of Capri right in front of you
