The ground-floor apartment opens onto a beautiful 73-square-meter panoramic terrace equipped with sun umbrellas and a large outdoor dining table, perfect for long family breakfasts, al fresco lunches, and unforgettable dinners under the stars.

One of the villa's most extraordinary features is its panoramic rooftop terrace of approximately 250 square meters. Offering breathtaking views of Capri, Punta Campanella, Mount Vesuvius, and the Gulf of Naples, it becomes a natural gathering place throughout the day—from sunrise coffee to sunset aperitifs and evening conversations beneath the Mediterranean sky.

The private swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 1.20 m), open from April 1st to October 31st, is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the villa. Surrounded by sun loungers and relaxation areas, it provides the perfect place to cool off while enjoying spectacular sea views.

• For arrivals from 8:00 PM to midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested
• For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested
