Located in Marciano close to Massa Lubrense (3 km) and Sorrento (9 km), Casa Neroli is a lovely villa with a private garden and swimming pool. Conveniently located for shops, buses and the beach, the villa is perfect for a holiday with family or friends. In Massa Lubrense (3 km) you will find shops, bars and restaurants, the famous Captain Cook Bay is just 2 km away or you can head to the Marina Grande in Sorrento, for some great seafood and relaxing on the beach.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Casa Neroli occupies the ground floor of a two-storey villa. The upper floor is also a holiday home; however, its guests have their own completely separate entrance and do not have access to the external areas or the pool of Casa Neroli, ensuring privacy;
- Casa Neroli consists of a main house which develops over two levels and an outbuilding.

Main House

On the ground floor you will find an open plan living area (with access to the second terrace) with a sitting area (with sofa), dining area (with table seating 10), a well-equipped kitchen area and a bathroom (with shower). In the sleeping area, you will find three bedrooms and one bathroom (with shower).

Outbuilding (with access from the pool area)

In the outbuilding you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside you will find a terraced garden with covered outdoor dining and sitting areas and a private pool (9 m x 3.5 m) with sun loungers. The pool is reached from one of the terraces (down 10 steps). You will also find an outdoor shower, barbecue, and a parking area.
