Positioned close to Massa Lubrense and just 1 km from the small village of Termini, this attractive villa for 4 is perfectly placed for exploring the less-frequented part of the Sorrento peninsula. Termini has enviable views of Capri and is close to the Punta Campanella nature reserve, accessible along the ancient Via Minerva. The high point of the village is the main square, Piazza Santa Croce di Termini, which provides iconic views of Capri and has restaurants, bars and public transport to Sorrento.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival in cash:

• Tourist tax 3,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay
• Final cleaning 100,00 euros
• For arrival after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight a late arrival fee of 80,00 euros will be requested.

Olive trees, flourishing plants and flowers jostle for space in Villa Bacco’s garden which is blessed with extraordinary views of Capri. Soak up the view from the pool terrace which features a small pool (2 x 5 m and 2,5 m deep) with jacuzzi jets, a dining table and chairs and a sunbathing area partially shaded by a bamboo awning. Steps lead from here to the main terrace which has a table and chairs and wood fired pizza oven.

The ground floor of the villa features a living room, with a sofa and a table and chairs for six, and an open-plan kitchen.

• A car is essential and as some sections of the road leading to the villa are steep, we recommend a high-performance car. The parking space is suitable for a larger car.
• While Sorrento and several bigger names on the Amalfi Coast attract large numbers of visitors throughout the year, Villa Bacco’s location offers quieter beaches which attract fewer crowds, even during peak season.
• Intersperse lazy days on the beach with exploring cultural attractions and shops in Sorrento.
