"The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. "

"The place is nothing like the pictures and the address does not take you directly to the place. The house is in the middle on nowhere and the house keeper is rude. They didn’t confirm my arrival. Property was locked when I showed up I had to banged on gate and get help from the neighbor for 1 hour before the rude housekeeper came in short no top on and never apologized. Do not book with that place "

"In a place where hotels are not cheap, booking a guesthouse seemed like a good plan for us. Based on reviews we found on TripAdvisor, we decided to try the Fish Tobago Guesthouse. We found the price/quality ratio to be very good. Rooms are clean, comfortable and Brandon, the host did a very good job taking care of us."

The restaurant is good and very convenient, since Buccoo does not have too many options. The area feels quite safe. Wifi signal never reached my room, I had to go the common areas to use the internet."

"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. "We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later. "
