The property was an absolute mess upon arriving. Garbage bin was over 1/2 full, recycling was left in the garage, the pool was filthy and down about 6” of water, the backyard was full of trash and broken pool flotation items and toys. No one cleaned up prior to our arrival and when maintenance came out it took him 2 hours to get it into shape. Mouse droppings in the windowsill, ants in the kitchen, oven door handle broken off, 1st floor shower will not drain during shower, screen broken out of the patio door, cobwebs in lower shower, door in the lower level bathroom is not attached, dehumidifier was full, an extension cord was running across the middle of the deck, the pool railing to enter the pool is very loose, the toilet seat will not stay attached in 1st floor bathroom, air conditioners screens were full and the gate hinge is not attached to the gate at the top of the stairs to the pool. Now! All that being said, when I notified property managers, they were willing to fix all except empty the trash. I imagine they have an arranged service for this. As for the house- the beds are ABSOLUTELY terrible. All of them. They are equivalent to sleeping on a box spring with a topper that resembles an egg crate/holder. Absolutely terrible! The pictures on the website are very misleading!!!!!! The majority of the features have changed and not for the better! No more solar, trees/landscaping is WAY overgrown, cabinets poorly painted, etc. Running out of space to type.
