We had such a wonderful stay here! Clean and spacious. Neighbors were friendly. Our dog also loved the fenced in yard and deck. Danielle was wonderful and easy to get in contact at any time. Would love to visit again.

Wonderful house

Great Place in Mashpee

Overall a great stay. House had everything we needed, lots of space. It was also super dog friendly with a fenced deck and fenced back yard. Danielle was very responsive, a great host.

This old house . . .

Lovely home in a sweet neighborhood. This home seems to be over 100 years old, though well-renovated. We did run into some snags, however, like only one out of the 2 toilets functioning. One of the beds collapsed when my 95 lb daughter sat on it, and it was very difficult to get sufficient hot water into the massive tub to enjoy it. On the plus side, it has a wonderful deck with outdoor shower and grill. The kitchen was just a delight to cook in and entertain. Lovely open floor plan with plenty of natural light. When we got to the house the refrigerator smelled like fish, so that's why I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay and our host was wonderfully communicative. She did give us a small refund for the toilet issue.

Great Stay in Mashpee

My family and I enjoyed our experience at Danielle’s property! The house was bigger than expected and we especially enjoyed the beautiful showers after our days in the heat. Danielle was a responsive host and made our check in and check out process easy!

Great house tucked away in Mashpee

The overall location and house was great for our needs. The only issue was that it was a drive from the beach and ocean. There is water access if you have a kayak but we did not try the river due to the small crabs near the shore. The house is close to the shopping and nearby walking trails. Great closed in backyard, kitchen and bathrooms.

Exceptional Home

This is a most lovely home! Danielle was very responsive and has equipped the home with virtually everything needed during vacation. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and located close to all Cape Cod activities. I would most certainly stay here again, on my next visit.

Mashpee vacation

Danielle, the owner of this beautiful home - was wonderful; she was thoughtful and genuine. Her Mashpee home was perfect for our family vacation. The house was immaculate and spacious with beautiful furnishings and all amenities to feel right at home. Also a great outdoor deck and yard to relax your day/evening. Lovely House in Mashpee MA

Overall, the house is very lovely, clean, and spacious. The only complaint is that when we entered the house, and for the first two days, the house smelled slightly of cigarette smoke. The smell lessened with open windows as our stay progressed. The neighborhood is very quiet and ideal for families. There is not much to do in the immediate neighborhood, but the beach is an easy drive away (20 minutes). If possible, the host should get beach passes. Mashpee residents can get them for a small fee, and it would make the house more attractive to visitors. Thank you for a nice stay in a spacious, clean house.

one week stay in Mashpee

The house was as described and comfortably housed myself and group of friends. Danielle had pre-approved my dog as well and he had a blast during the stay as we don't have a yard in the city where we live. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The location is near the commons where you can stock up on supplies as needed.

House was in a quiet location, situated well for Cape Cod, Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard or Boston day trips. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and kitchen that had all the necessities.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was very close to a small beach perfect for our kids. The backyard and deck were also great. They played out there for most of the trip. The house was fully stocked with all sorts of cleaning and paper supplies. I would definitely check what they have before shopping for your stay. It did smell like cigarettes when we first arrived on the second floor but we either got used to the smell or it lessened as I opened the windows. The only other thing to note is that the cabinets in the kitchen could use a good wipe down. The washer and dryer were a huge asset to us!

Fabulous

We had a great stay @ Danielle’s house The house was everything we thought it would be and more. Clean, spacious and well maintained. There were 2 small living-rooms which both had a TV, an upstairs bathroom with a huge soaking tub & a shower room. We enjoyed the houses outside space as did our dog. The yard was fully fenced. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a small beach on the river within walking distance. There was much to see in the area. We visited a little offseason so we were easily able to access Mashpee town beach, Cape Cod winery, Bad Martha’s Brewery, Beebe Woods, Sandwich’s Boardwalk along with all the cute shops in Falmouth, Harwich & Chatham & the shops and restaurants at The Mashpee Commons. We would certainly stay here again. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house, good llocation

We loved staying in this house. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. Having the second bathroom downstairs with all bedrooms upstairs is a minor inconvenience. South Cape Beach state park is about 1/2 hr car ride. We had our meals outside on the deck. We purchased some fire logs and especially enjoyed burning fire in the fire pit on the evenings.

Amazing time

What an awesome gateway! We stayed for 5 nights. The house is amazing,had a lot of characters,super clean and comfortable, completely equipped with everything you need for home cooking and outdoors dining. My parents loved the idea of having their own living room with extra TV and couch and outside shower. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet, with many choices to go for the hike in the woods, lake or beach. Thank you, Danielle, for letting us stay at your place and enjoy these 5 amazing days! Great family to rent from. Very responsive to questions and the house was very thoroughly cleaned before we got there. We had to do quite a bit of baby proofing but it was totally doable.

Week at the cape

Great house. Owner was readily available for questions before and during our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and neighborhood beach. Great deck and kitchen area to fit our group of 5. Quaint house with many areas to retreat to - not a large living room to gather in but we made due without a problem. We had a great stay and would rent this house again.

Great home, great host, great location!

Tremendous experience dealing with Danielle. The home is just perfect, it was everything we expected and more. Community beach is small, but great if you don't want to get in the car. South Cape Beach is only 10 - 15 minutes away and is awesome and Mashpee Commons for groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping is 10 minutes away! Great, quiet location, beautiful home and awesome deck with an amazing outdoor shower. Speaking of showers, the upstairs shower with multiple nozzles our kids absolutely loved! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Wonderful Stay

Arriving with stormy day but once step in the house it is wonderful feeling. Danielle checked and make sure we arrive safely. We have couple small questions and Danielle replied very quick. quite and safe location. convenient to every locations. It is wonderful vacation.
