Castillos en Mascali

"Overall the hotel is fine, but we had a dissapointing experience upon our arrival. The room that was appoitend to us smelled really badly like cigarettes (in a way that it was like entering an ash tray). When we complained to the staff about this, their reply was: 'just open the windows and spray some deodorant'. Only after I then threatened to cancel and to find a different hotel, they found a solution and gave us another room. To me this is not 4 star client friendly service. Overall I wiuld...

"Lots of resteraunts nearby... beach near by Pool was awesome ... rooms were priced accordingly and large rooms with a fridge."

"The View to Mount Etna was the best, the garden house was well looked after so you enjoy the green areas and the calmness there. wished to spend more time there but had plans to go out for most of the day so was good overall. would definitely recommend it for couples who want to escape the city and enjoy the view."

"A very nice place "

"Vyborny pomer cena vykon."

Repetiria."

"Our hosts Egidio and Rita were absolutely wonderful and very kind. This home is beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need from the kitchen to beach towels. We 100% recommend this amazing home."

"Great hospitality, and awesome view of the volcano"

Merci...

"Friendly & beautifull!!"
