Priest Point

We had a great stay here. The layout of the home seemed a little strange at first, but it worked out great giving everyone their privacy. We had 5 adults and 3 children and had ample space. Don’t be discouraged as you are driving up to the home (the neighborhood looks a little suspect). We had a great time there and wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property with stunning view and high end amenities

The view of the Puget Sound is stunning, and to top it off, a mother bald eagle and a juvenile used the tree just in front as staging post for hunting. Gorgeous! High end amenities in the kitchen and laundry room, and I enjoyed the Kamado Joe grill in the yard. Very clean and well maintained hot tub and endless pool - it allowed me to not lose swim fitness during vacation.

Getaway trip

This home was very clean and was in a great location. The layout was a bit different but it still was a nice home. Don’t expect to walk on beach by this home, it has no beach access.

Everything a person needs for an escape!

The home is perfectly clean and comfortable. The hotub and pool, perfect. We stayed during rainy cold weather...and didn't even notice the weather! Snug inside enjoying ourselves! Thank you!

Guys trip

My buddies and I were in town for a Spartan race. The house was great and the hot tub so needed after the race. Clean, easy check in, lots of communication from Vacasa. Great view!!

Beautiful views of Everett, Whale watching

Great location overlooking sound facing Everett, Mukilteo and Whidbey Island. We saw whales everyday. House was clean, kitchen and dining room table inviting. Plenty of outdoor seating and room in yard. We visited mid-August and weather was perfect.

Beautiful scenery

Home offers beautiful views of Hat island. Watching ferries from mukilteo to Whidbey Island. Home is clean and provides basic amenities. The hot tub and pool are fantastic.Watching the sunset, water and ferries from the hot tub are nothing short of perfect. Wish I could have brought my dogs.-

Family Birthday Getaway

Great location, great view and close to the shopping outlet and the casino. Few points that I want to address about the property: Bad WiFi connection in the main living room TV, hot tub was not working, no wine glasses and few cooking pots. The game room was locked and even the code, we were unable to open the door, fire pit was not working and the gas grill was very dirty which we didn’t use it.

View, location stellar!

House was unusual in the layout but by no means did it deter our weekend trip with friends/family. Swim spa was huge hit. Beds comfy. Kitchen is brand new and gorgeous. Didn't have a lot of pans if you want to take advantage of the gas stove but we brought some pretty made meals. Didn't turn into an issue for us but fyi. I would love to go back. Couldn't get TV to work or wifi but I am not 100% sure it wasn't user error. I would rent again for sure. Location was great in quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a great weekend!

Family wedding weekend

This property was perfect to house me and the family on our daughter’s wedding weekend! It was a great retreat for all to relax and have fun when we were away from the weekend festivities. The house was clean, spacious and had a lot of activities to keep the family fun going. Many of us really enjoyed the exercise pool. We all really enjoyed the game room and spent a lot of time there laughing. This house was properly equipped with everything from a hot iron or the wedding clothes to all the kitchen amenities you would need to make a great family meal. All of this with an amazing view of the sound in front of us. Thank you to the owners for sharing this place with us!!!

Cookbook Club Weekend

A beautiful home with plenty of options to make meals from the gas grill to the large range in the kitchen. It is a very quiet place and we felt like we are alone. Only issue was that we could not connect via WiFi to the internet. Great home, definitely recommend. Place was very clean and had starters of what we needed for toiletries and laundry room. Kitchen has a lot of tools, utensils, dishes, and appliances. Just need to bring your own specialty things like micorplane, dessert baking dishes, and food storage. Also bring ice if you want to have some.

The property is in a beautiful location and the house itself has a lot of potential. We really enjoyed the swim spa, which was a great feature. The pool table was a big hit as well! The view was stunning and the area was very quiet. However, for the price we paid for a two-night stay, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.The hot tub was not working during our stay, and the main grill was rusted with a leaking hose, making it unusable. Thankfully, there was a smaller backup grill, but we had to purchase our own charcoal to use it. We only received a refund for the hot tub and grill, which was appreciated.There were multiple maintenance and cleanliness concerns: sticky cabinets, mold under the porch canopy, closet doors off the tracks, a removed door to the swim spa left leaning near a table, and a master shower curtain rod barely hanging on. Kitchen sink also broke on us during the stay as well. Two detectors also had missing batteries, which we only noticed as we were checking out.The property manager was responsive and opened repair tickets for some of the issues, but overall, the condition of the home didn’t reflect the price point. With more consistent upkeep, this could be a great rental—but we left feeling disappointed.

Vacasa Review This home has a wonderful view and great amenities when they’re working correctly. We were a family of 6 that came for relaxation and sightseeing. On our first day we did notice a few things were lacking or not working in the home. The fireplace was turned off and would not start, and the kitchen was in poor shape as far as pots, pans and cleanliness goes. There is no salad bowl or strainer….. and also we had ants! The grills are either moldy or didn’t light. Also there are no extra blankets for the pull out bed. The smoke detector on the ground floor had no battery. There is no remote for the tv in the main sitting area and all the tvs had to be reconnected to the internet which was intermittent. We did enjoy a few dips in the hot tub which worked very well. Vacasa was responsive when we contacted them with questions. I think this home needs a good deep clean before busy season.

Not Ready for Prime Time

Great location. Nicely renovated. Code for entry didn’t work; 45 mins to get access. Kitchen nice, inadequately stocked for cooks. Pots/pans nice, plenty of utensils, no mixing bowls, serving dishes, measuring cups, other utensils for working kitchen. Paper towels, toilet paper-cheapest you can buy. Not set up for comfort: dining table is huge; so crowded that you can’t walk around the table; living room furniture is uncomfortable, inadequate, no “TV” blankets for chilly nights; TV strictly streaming (no cable or dish – saves $$!) no DVD player or hook up for one; no CD/music source. Keeping costs low, profits high are focus. Minimal instructions (instructions on App on phone, are inadequate). 40 years+, we’ve rented homes on the coasts of CA, WA, mtns of Colorado-all label light switches, cabinets, etc. to tell where stuff is, not this one. Property mgr said swim spa couldn’t heat above 90 degrees-would damage the filters–swim spas are hot tubs-can heat to 104 degrees; don’t want to pay to heat it in the cold room where it is. The hot tub, swim spa registered no chlorine/bromine on the test strips; we called and they said the hot tub folks couldn’t get out until our last day. Heat system only works upstairs – the rest of the place was freezing (no instructions on how to heat the other rooms). No fire extinguisher (that is illegal) or flash light for power outages (happens with the winds). Not set up for the renter, but is for profits. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME, NOT WORTH IT!

Comfort & Great Amenities on the Sound

The property had plenty of room for our stay, and use of the covered pool was a nice luxury. Great game room and beautiful and well-appointed kitchen. We were excited to see eagles land in the tree at the edge of the lawn, as well as orcas swimming just in front of the property! We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely family home with amazing views

Get this property if you don’t mind a few sets of stairs. lots of outdoor seating and excellent views of the Bay Area. Whales and eagles!

Amazing stays with friends and family!!

We had a great time together with friends and family in this house. Our children had great time in the swimming pool and well-maintained backyard. The game room is very well planned. Had super fun playing pool and dart in the game room. The view from the deck was spectacular regardless of the rainy or sunny day. We have seen whale and bald eagle every day. Were able to take picture using the binoculars there which was great addition for the house. The kitchen is the top class and had everything we needed. Every room has its own TV which was convenient. The sunset from the hot tub was breathtaking. The view of the mountains made our stays memorable. The host was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely comeback to this beautiful house as we loved every bit of our stay here!!!
