Lash is an excellent staff member and takes good care of his guests. I observed one guest who didn’t properly care for her children which disrupted other guests. He carefully communicated with the parents as they displayed rudeness to him and even their behavior. No person should be treated with disgrace nor loud voices. Everyone is equal and I stand by the staff member who was calm and showed grace in an escalated situation all on accord due to some guests misbehaved children’s manners. Thank you Lash and other staff who cared for everyone. Lash should be given an A recognition for keeping the property, staff and guests safe. And as always, Hilton does a great job. I wed at Turtle Bay Hilton resort in Hawaii (while in operation), have traveled to many parts of the country and world and appreciate the properties, amenities and most importantly the staff. Thank you.

My room was on the second floor, the bed was hard as a rock. Might as well been sleeping on the floor. Tried to sleep on pull out couch but well - it’s a pull out couch. Went to shower and the shower water adjustment was either hot or cold. No in between at all. I don’t mind a hot shower but this was burning hot, so cold it was. I let corporate know but never heard back from them.

It was very modern and clean. Lots of extras like dishes, roll out table, curtains to separate areas. Loved the breakfast - lots of selections. Only thing I would recommend is to have a safe in one of th many cupboards or drawers.

The modern decor and friendly staff. Only complaint, pool door says pool and spa. No spa. Spa would have been nice.

Property rule enforcement was not carried out as it should have. No smoking on the premises yet a kids baseball teams coaches were smoking Weed outside the pool area, and the smoke was going into the pool area where all the kids were. The Coaches were incredibly disrespectful to other guests who did not want their kids to be ingesting any of that smoke. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation. Rooms were unclean, there was leftover shrimp scampi in my room in the microwave when we got there and opened it up, the smell was putrid. The staff is completely undermanned. There needs to be at least 2 people managing the property at all times.

Extremely fast check in. One of the better breakfast selections. Building was quiet. The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and worth every penny.

Room was CLEAN! That's a big deal for me. Had a nice mini kitchen, and complimentary breakfast was good (b-fast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, omelets, waffles) Stayed in an odd room, so furthest away from the train. La Quinta is a tiny bit farther away, if noise is a big deal for you, and La Quinta doesn't make you have to u-turn to get to the shopping center across the street (Winco, Rite Aid, Kohls, etc). Did a load of laundry which was $4. Pool was small, but worked for us. Didn't want to give extra towels for whatever reason? Said they ran out. Couldn't hard line an internet cable to my gaming station, as the modem had an ethernet port lock on it.

Front desk was having an issue with their card machine for taking deposit. Guest infront of me was blamed that it was an issue with his card and belittled by manager. Same issue with me. Finally after 10 attempts with the SAME CARD, it went through. Person after me has the same issue and was treated the same way. I will never return.

Such a beautiful, clean and extremely large bedroom.Fell in love with the amenities with friendly workers. If you are looking for a quiet environment am sorry to say that is not a place for you. Location is right by rail ways perhaps you can draw your conclusions.

We were so impressed with this hotel. Both front desk employees were incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!
