"Condo was comfortable in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants, stores and major highways. Listing says it has a dishwasher but it wasn’t working & wasn’t told it was out of order. Several light bulbs weren’t working so interior was somewhat dark. If you plan to use the grill you need to bring grill utensils and cleaning utensils, Be prepared to walk at least 200 yards to reach your vehicle because unmarked parking spaces are at a premium. "

"Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. "We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. "We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!"

"My husband and I and our bunny stayed here the hottest week of the year for 4 nights and we were grateful to have been kept cool with no issues. The A/C in this unit has been well tested. The condo is secluded and private with all types of wildlife present. We saw deer, a black squirrel, a bunny, birds galore, etc. The unit was clean and cool when we checked in. Check-in was super easy as was check out. The pictures of this condo are 100% accurate. The view is so beautiful you won't want to...
