"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"

"I would rate this hotel 6/10. The room is very nice! The gym is okay. The front desk was helpful with all my issues/concerns. The housekeeping is the issue- the first day we left around 7am.. came back to our room around 1pm and the room wasn’t cleaned; we had to call to get it cleaned. The second day- the room trash wasn’t removed, they didn’t sweep or mop the floors. I travel often- this was something new for me. Again nice hotel, staff and room. I am big on cleanliness"
