"We had a wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here and we loved it. Very quay, cozy and clean. Everything as advertised. Location is perfect as it is a very walkable town. This place is right in the middle. The owner was very friendly, open and communicative. And I had a big surprise when we returned. My neck pillow I had forgotten and left it 2 years ago was still there sitting in a closet. We hope to return next year. "

"Rob and Clarissa's property is in the perfect location on Brooks Creek. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed listening to the birds or watching the activity on the water while we sipped our morning coffee. The three bedrooms and loft space provided more than enough room for 4 adults and two 17 year old boys. Rob is very responsive to any needs his guests may have. "Location was great! Property is best for small parties. Our family of 3 with one dog felt tight at times in this little bungalow. Oven did not work, kept tripping the circuit breaker when we tried to use. We were nervous about parking our full sized truck but my husband had no problem. "

"This is the cutest little beach cottage, steps to the beach! The owner is very responsive and super hospitable. We will be staying again! "

"The seemingly small cottage was deceptively large and well appointed on the inside. We also have a historic home so we loved the mix of original and contemporary additions. The screened in porch was especially delightful on a warm summer night. The location couldn’t be beat. Very pleased with all aspects!"

"Always a great stay at the John Bruff house! Location is perfect, great view of the harbor and even saw a free concert in the park!!"

"The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again."

"Overall the location was peaceful comfortable reliable. Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing. Replace all pots and pans, the ones that were there were missing in already in need of replacement. Either way we would definitely stay there we felt safe clean and comfortable. Thank you owner s"

"We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, clean, and all the comforts of home. Loved the beach and swimming in front of the property! We didn’t get to use the hot tub, kayaks and paddle boats but it’s wonderful to have for those who would like them, or if we had more time. We love the Wellwood and Backfin Blues for dining. Dave and Barb are wonderful hosts that reached out during stay. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage. Thank you for hosting us! "
