The home is very spacious and cozy. The space was clean when we arrived, aside from a little bit of sand on one of the couches (its the beach, what do you expect) Plenty of towels and even extras for beach use, which was very convenient. Stocked with multiple beach chairs for us to use all week as well. Located in a quiet neighborhood close enough to a Walmart and plenty of food options within 15 minutes, even more 25 minutes drive. Navarre Beach was a quick 5-10 minute drive and Fort Walton Beach was about a 25 minute drive. The balcony was perfect for the evenings. We ate dinner on the balconly while enjoying the view many nights here. This home is also pet friendly, without smelling like it. Overall great home and would recommend 10/10. If i find myself needing a spacious rental in this location I will rent this home again.

Spacious house- it worked well for a group of seven for a VERY fair price. Its location is great- in a nice neighborhood and close to both Navarre beach and Ft. Walton.

Wonderful Weekend Visit

This home was exactly as described, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect to local beaches and restaurants, but quiet and peacful at night. Beautiful neighborhood I might add.

great house for multiple family members

This house is nicely arranged for multiple family members to share. My two oldest sons and their wives stayed here. Because there are multiple levels, a degree of privacy and separate bathrooms makes this a comfortable arrangement. Great views out the windows and multiple decks - very nice.

Convenient and Spacious!!

Our family made a quick 2 day weekend trip to Navarre Beach and found this house conveniently located to everything! Very spacious, clean and great neighborhood location! We will definitely come back and highly recommend!!

Property Host Sucks

First and foremost we got there the outside yard was horrible look like we was about to live in an abandon home due to property grass was tall hadn’t been cut. On the downstairs balcony outside furniture rusted and porch banister was broken crack in the porch. At time of check in couldn’t get in still locked out the house key code did not work. Tried to call host no answer called a fence they could not get in touch with her. Two hours after our check in time just come texting saying she sorry but somebody had put the wrong key code in for us. No compensation or nothing and still wanted us to check out on time.

Nice house

The house is beautiful and clean. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. It is as described other than there is not a private beach access for our use. You can see the sound, but after I asked on the first day of our stay, I was informed by the owner that the private access is just for those in the HOA. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to the public Navarre Beach depending on the traffic. I’d also recommend putting a note or binder of sorts with helpful checkout information.

Spring break

Lovely house. Lots of room for multiple people. Ideal for younger families. Lots of amenities for kids and teens. We were all seniors so back stairway was used. None of us braved the open, curved stairway even though it was a feature for the house. There was a tub/shower combo and a walk in shower. There were no grab bars and the floors were slippery when using showers. We enjoyed the views of the sound from all levels. The patios and decks were very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in this property.

Great house with great views!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed. The views were great as well. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Navarre and there’s a new Publix less than a mile from the neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and there’s a ton of space both inside and outside to hang out.

We'll be back!

If you enjoy beautiful sunrises, look no farther! We all woke up before sunrise everyday just to watch it. The house is set up perfectly for that view. We stayed for 4 nights without running out of any home supplies. The yard attracts very cool wildlife. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We did see a bear which was awesome! He/she probably smelled all the thanksgiving food cooking. We will definitely stay there again! Thanks for having us!

BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS

We had 4 people in our party and stayed for a week. The home is exactly has advertised. There were days we had to work from home and the space was roomy and comfortable to accommodate all of us. The home is in a great location. We drove to the beach every day and were able to visit several different ones. We absolutely loved it and would stay again.

Gorgeous & Comfortable Home!

The home is absolutely wonderful! So spacious, the layout is unique (3 levels-master/extra bedroom/huge bathroom 3rd floor, 2 bedrooms/laundry/full bath 2nd floor, first floor has kitchen, living, dining, breakfast nook, and sunroom. Furniture is all great quality, outdoors has lots of seating and an extra deck on master bedroom. There is a large dog run in the backyard. There is wildlife in the area so just make sure you watch your pup. Everything was very very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, brand new gas grill outside! Beds were all comfy with great bedding, lots of storage to put away clothes. Smart Tv's all over! The neighborhood is very well maintained and quiet (away from the hustle and bustle but only 15-25 minutes from either Navarre Beach or Fort Walton Beach). Lots of beach chairs/toys in the garage. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area! Christine was a great host!! 5 Stars +

Enjoyable home

Location was really nice. House is exactly as expected. My kids especially loved the little frogs that showed up at dusk around the home. Home is great and my wife and my kids truly enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous, but could be better.

When we arrived, there was a lot of sand everywhere which, it’s Florida, okay whatever. But we mopped and it was bad. I had to message the host about the cleaners because it was just not clean. I still didn’t ask for my cleaning fee back, despite the lack of cleanliness we experienced. Another thing, I think the house would be so much prettier if the yard around the house was kept up. A lot is overgrown. Outside, one of the steps off the porch is loose. Aside from that, the house was very pretty, the only other issue we had was the bugs outside, but bugs are to be expected in an area like that. Our stay was nice, we enjoyed the trip a lot.

Family Vacation with all adults

Very nice house with plenty of space. Loved sitting in the sunroom in the morning having coffee and enjoying the view out the windows. Loved having the dog run for our Goldies. It was perfect. Nice big dining table for us to gather. Only things I would recommend is maybe provide some cooking utensils ( for the non stick pans and spatulas) and counter cleaner. Make sure you bring bug spray. The property backs up to a natural preserve area that is totally awesome but you will want bug spray. We will definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Getaway

Arrival instructions very simple and easy to follow. The house is awesome! Plenty of space for a large group. Easily accessible to and from activities, grocery stores, medical facilities, restaurants, etc. Large deck and entertainment area in back. Just a short drive to beach and the beaches are not overcrowded. Great water view from back yard area. Couldn't have found a better place and plan to rent it again. WONDERFUL HOUSE!

Coastal Gem!

This house was well equipped and in a very nice and quite neighborhood. Great access to Navarre Beach and Fort Walton Beach. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication with the property owner.
