"I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet."

"The cottage is stunning and the location is perfect for what we needed. The separate chalet with one of the double rooms was useful for this as it meant my parents didn't have to manage lots of stairs.Its a 20 minute walk outside of Whitby (mostly downhill after a sharp uphill, remember that on the way back!) and that walk is very picturesque with some great views across the countryside.Currently the narrow lane alongside the cottage is closed to vehicles, which if anything is a good thing as...

"This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back "

"Nice and easy check in ...the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly...the room was a large apartment and very clean and a high standard enough tea and coffee for your stay ... fresh cakes on arrival and a small bottle of milk ....swimming pool was nice...small but very child friendly....
