We came here as greiving parents. A Dad who lost his daughter and a Mother who lost her daughter. We came to grieve and remember. The solice we found cant be described in words. Gina the host was and is an amazing soul. You see we accidentally left behind a necklace with the remains of Athena and Gina was right on get ahold of us and even offering to bring it to us. Who does that? An amazing beautiful soul thats who. Thank you for allow us your beautiful piece of heaven here on earth. God bless you

The cabin was roomy and clean. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The cabin is sound proof and stays warm. Cooling is a bit of a challenge since there’s no pantry for storage and limited cookware. Otherwise, it’s a great value for the money. Beautiful scenery and quiet !

The setting was lovely, wonderfully quiet and secluded in the woods, and the cabin was very comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved hiking in the nearby Cacapon Resort State Park and it great being pretty close to the nice restaurants of Berkeley Springs.

Our weekend getaway with friends was great! The cabin was clean, well- furnished, and in a great location to explore all the area has to offer. We did not realize that the bedrooms and main living area each have their own mini-split heat/AC, so it was a little confusing to get the temperature to where it was comfortable. Just a little different for those of us who are used to central heat/AC. Also, 2 of the the thermostats were set on Celsius and we couldn't figure out how to switch them which made it difficult to make sure AC was set at 75. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone interested in visiting the Berkeley Springs area!

Lovely, private cabin in the woods

This cabin is really cute, though it isn't large - there seems to be room for a lot because of how well it was designed. It was super quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Lots of little details made it special. We enjoyed the (new?) hot tub on the deck, and found the beds to be very comfortable. The showers and bath tubs were all nice and clean.There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Unlike many rental properties, the utensils and pots are in good condition, so if you're a cook, you'll find all the standard tools. We didn't see any food items or spices, (which was fine by us), so if you're cooking, plan to bring what you need. The loft was a really fun surprise play space for my daughter. She liked to go up there and draw in her coloring book. I enjoyed walking down to the creek. It was a small trickle of water with a few pools, but quiet and calm. Definitely not suitable for swimming, as it's tiny. Use bug spray to keep the bugs, ticks, and chiggers away, as with all hikes in the woods...

The property was awesome. Very secluded, very clean, fully stocked. Check in is a little late and check out a little early, but would definitely stay again. The property was incredible with only little things like the electric fireplaces or the bubbles on the hottub not working. Plenty of space for a whole family, and plenty to do if you bring dogs.

Great spot for family of 5! Close to everything.

Cabin was lovely in a secluded spot. Close to Cacapon park hiking, horseback riding, and shotgun shooting. Also Morgan County Observatory was close. Of course Berkley Speings was nice too! Rounded out each day in the hot tub!

Weekend getaway

Was looking for a 3 day weekend getaway to celebrate my adult daughter’s birthday. We wanted to be close to Cacapon State Park for hiking. Also needed a dog friendly place. This place checked all the boxes. We slept in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and both beds were comfy. The house was both rustic with all of the wood interior as well as cute. Cleanliness is high in my list and I found this place to be quite clean. Internet service is a bit spotty but we managed with no big problems. The town of Berkeley Springs is very close which is a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening. I would definitely recommend this place. Host was very responsive and very kind.

Great cabin

Great cabin and had a great time. Very private. Only complaint would be that there’s not much of a “yard” area. The fire pit is also located in the driveway and nestled up against a steep hillside, so sitting around the fire at night was a little awkward. Overall would recommend.

Peaceful Cabin

This is a very quiet, peaceful location. The cabin was adequately sticked with starter supplies and linens. The few issues we had, Gina was on top of correcting and none were due to neglect or anything, just standard things. My biggest suggestion is plan to cook most of your meals in the cabin as the restaurants in town are not the greatest and there is only one grocery store.
