"Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5."

"Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."

"Nice, clean, good service. I enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was just to simple for four stars."

"A beautiful hotel which has retained original features. All staff were wonderful. We stayed for 2 nights in a suite overlooking the river ...gorgeous! Our ensuite room was huge with a very big and comfortable 4 poster bed. All areas were clean and warm. The hot breakfast was made to order and was piping hot. A rareity these days ! A wonderful hotel which we will have no hesitation staying here again. 10/10"

"Well located to shops and city center."

"La habitación estaba limpia, era grande para 4 personas y las camas eran cómodas… El wifi funcionó bien"

"We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. The only downside for us was the...

"Stayed a few times and always superb!"

"Hicimos una ruta en coche desde Liverpool a Londres y paramos en este hotel para visitar Upon Avon. Es grande, nuevo y con aparcamiento gratis. Es muy tranquilo y el desayuno estupendo. Para repetir "

"Small double room, knightwick, has a toilet that leaked. The whole bathroom and bedroom stinks of mould because the floor must still be damp from the leaks. This room should not be used. The smell was so bad we had to leave the fan and light on all night. This was v noisy but preferable to the stink. Rooflights open all night. The door is a folding type so you can't even shut the smell out. Such a shame because the restaurant, pub and area are lovely and the food v good. Would pay not to stay in...

"good value for money close to west midlands safari park"

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was good. Only issue was the door in the corridor slammed everytime someone went through it. Probably just needs the door closer adjusting."
