"Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line "

"The hotel was extremely well maintained. Our executive room was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in a king size bed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast choices were excellent. The bar was well stocked and open till 11.00pm, however, one could still order drinks through reception. The hotel had excellent parking facilities and the grounds were kept immaculate. Although approximately 5 miles from the centre of Lincoln, there was a frequent bus service every 30...

"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."
