"This is the ideal spot if you’re staying in Duxbury. We came down for a wedding, and Rick‘s place was in the center of everything. The apartment is a basement studio with a cozy, cute feel, and the view of the marsh is definitely a highlight—especially from the patio area, which was a great spot to relax. "The apartment worked well. The strange staircase going down from the bedroom is creepy and dangerous. It should be disclosed because many people would have a big problem with it. Also, disclose that there are 2.5 flights of stairs to get in."

"Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit!
