I'm sorry if you had a smokey room. If I knew about it I would have moved you to another room.We do have guests that will smoke in a non-smoking room and we deal with that accordingly.Thank YouBruce - Mgr

I'm not sure what you are rating us on when you were a No Show reservation. I apologize if there was something on our end that didn't meet your expectations with the reservation process.

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. Hopefully you will give us another try in the future. We are in the process of remodeling and updating the motel!

I apologize that your room wasn't what you expected. We do have shampoo and hair dryers at the front desk for guests who may have forgot. Also when you get ice from the front office, we have bags that we put ice into before it goes into the bucket. We are working on updating our rooms, hopefully in the future you will give us a try again.
