This property was amazing! We stayed here for a wedding and had people in and out for two days. We loved the hot tub and the host was very friendly and helpful with everything. Check-in was very easy and getting to the property was easy. We also loved the ping pong table! This was a great property.

Kyle provided great communication before our stay! All details were very thorough in The guide he sent to us. He also responded very quickly when we asked to check out a little later since our flight was delayed. The house was very clean and just as described. It was a great spot for our family to be together while celebrating our son’s engagement. Kitchen is fully stocked. I would highly recommend this property.

Our family stayed for Thanksgiving week while visiting other family in The Plains. This spot for us all perfectly. Kyle was super nice and responsive . Everything was easy & pleasant. Loved being surrounded by woods.

The home had everything we needed including extra bedding, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. It was clean and had enough room for my entire family. The game room was a fun addition, and the pool was cleaned during our stay. We loved staying in this beautiful home!

Pool - S’mores - Game Room: Parent and child paradiseThe house was perfect for the 7 of us. It was clean and well maintained. Space for more than 7, lots of things to do at the house and in the region, all the kitchen equipment and utensils you could need (all of good quality) plus spices for cooking, excellent laundry, there were bath towels and pool towels, and when we had questions Kyle and Krystal were very responsive.There was a well-equipped game room and electronic game table, which were used often. The pool has a spa area which was nice for the cool evenings in late August. The large and comfortable chairs fire pit had lots of split wood and, a nice touch, starter sticks to get the fire going – s’mores every night!We stayed at the house 2 years ago and plan to return for a third time next summer if possible. Truly a 5-star VRBO home away from home: excellent hosts, perfect size, quiet surrounds, and great amenities.

We had a beautiful stay at this Marshall VA property. The location is private in a forested area. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities -pool, hot tub and fire pit. The home itself was beautiful and well-kept. Communication from the owners was very responsive and helpful.

This get away home had everything for my family of 6. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, the kitchen had everything for cooking for a large family and guests and the house was simply gorgeous. We will be coming back for another summer family getaway

This is a beautiful house with lots of space and everything you need. The pool and game room were big hits. So comfortable and clean. Our daughter got married in Virginia so we had lots of people in and out all week. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Secluded Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s VRBO. The property is remarkable for its seclusion on a gated, wooded 8 acres but has easy access to the nearby town of Marshall, VA. Kyle was quickly and easily contacted and responsive. He has created a website with an overview of the home, including swimming pool and spa. Our stay was incidental to the wedding of our youngest daughter. This property is well equipped throughout…particularly including the kitchen…for cooking and dining. It was very nice to be able to have the brief moments to relax here, while in the midst of final preparation for the wedding. 5 Stars in all categories of evaluation.

This is a wonderful property with great outdoor space. We enjoyed the game room, the infinity game table in the basement, the pool/hot tub and the fire pit.Kyle was very responsive and great to work with.Kitchen inventory could be increased (we needed a masher annd seater during our stay but not everyone would need this) and there are some repairs to be done.

Great Weekend Escape

This lovely property in Marshall, VA hosted a boys getaway for a long weekend. The property had great amenities and space for all of us to get some peaceful R&R.The hosts Krystal and Kyle were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making sure our needs were met. The house was well kept and stocked with all the essentials.I would definitely be interested in returning for another getaway in the future.

Gorgeous Home & Property

We had a small family gathering here around Christmas and we absolutely loved it! We immediately felt right at home. It is a gorgeous property, well appointed, and very comfortable. The game room was a huge hit with everyone. We're hoping to make it an annual tradition, hopefully for longer than one night next time!

Company Sales Meeting

This place is great! Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful outdoor area. Too cold in November for the pool but looking forward to using it in the future. The game room was a great pace to unwind after our sales meeting. Highly recommend this place. The owners were also very quick to respond to questions and very pleasant to work with.

Annual Family Vacation

What a beautiful home and property! The home is very spacious and beautifully furnished (and complete with toys and many games!). The pool and hot tub allowed many hours of fun, relaxation and conversation. Everything you need for a weeklong stay was provided (sheets, blankets, pool and bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even coffee filters!) Best of all, the owners were very responsive to questions!

Wonderful Property!

We had a lovely stay. The property was exactly as described, and our family had enough space to spread out. Kyle went above and beyond to rectify some issues we noticed early in our stay. The kitchen microwave and the game room's space heater were not working. We told him about the problem, and the next day, he came out to replace both with brand-new equipment. You can tell that he is a property owner who cares about the condition of his home and the experience of his guests. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Wedding weekend perfection

Our son was getting married at Airlie in Warrenton and we wanted to stay in a house over the long wedding weekend. We had a couple in their 70’s, a couple in their 50’s, two couple’s in their 20’s plus a 4 year old and 2 8 month olds. We needed a place where we could hang out and kids could play while we waited for events to begin each evening. On top of that, out of town family traveling to the wedding needed a place to come and change clothes and let their kids run before the evening wedding. This house was perfect. Wonderfully clean and neat, tastefully and comfortably decorated, and stocked with toys and games for kids of all ages. The plus was a beautiful pool that was heated upon request. The owners have not missed a thing in terms of fitting out the house and kitchen with everything a family needs. Convenient to everything - but still in the country with tons of privacy. No one had a single complaint about this house - and we are a hard bunch to impress!

A wonderful location for rejuvenation

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with a big group. The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped for a group who loves to cook. The pool and hot tub were exactly as pictured and just as fun as anticipated. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, and lots of great hiking. Kyle was very communicative, putting us at ease with any hitches we ran into. We may very well be returning.

Graduation getaway

The property was exactly as described in the listing. This place was perfect for my family and friends during my graduation celebration. There was plenty of space for the adults to congregate while the kids safely entertained themselves on the premises. We will definitely be booking the property again in the future!
