"The Grassington Lodge is truly minimalist. A very small room, two bath towels, and one hand towel. For the third of three nights they added a bath mat and a bar of soap.
The only staff ever present was the cleaning lady and her assistant. She was kind and helpful but certainly not enough to welcome and assist guests. "
"Fabulous recent 2 nights stay at the Black Swan Inn . Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and very efficient . Our room was a lovely large space and a very big king sized bed which was extremely comfortable . We will definitely return . "
"A great atmosphere at the Tan Hill, a good crowd was in on the night that we visited. The dinner was very good and the breakfast excellent. Our room was great with a good view out over the moors. If we're ever up that way we'll definitely stay again."

"Warm and friendly welcome. Lovely cosy bedroom with a fantastic modern bathroom. We had drinks in the conservatory on the comfy sofas than our evening meal which was delicious. Summer menu was a good deal and the Al a carte menu had lots of delicious options to chose from. Waitresses were friendly. A delicious breakfast in the morning. The coffee was a little too strong but the waitress brought extra hot water when requested. Throughly recommended, five ⭐️"
"Stayed here with a friend in preparation for Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. Check in very easy. Warm welcome. Very hospitable staff. We had to leave the hotel early next morning before kitchen opened but staff left us breakfast (cereals, yogurt etc) out for us which was really appreciated. Also made us sandwiches to take with us. Pub/bar and food was really good. Cosy. "

"This is a lovely quaint, quiet country inn/accomodation, which is on its way to be something special. The welcome, cust service and food were top notch. The owners have just recently taken over and you can see how wonderful this place is going to be, with everything being made future proof. They are updating it whilst still providing a wonderful experience. It’s also dog friendly in the bedrooms too (with beds and snacks for your K9 friend). I will definitely be going back. "Frisch renoviertes Hotel an der Hauptstraße. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Hause. Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant im Hause, sehr gutes Frühstück.
