This very nice 25 sq. m studio, rated 3 stars, has been fully renovated and decorated by an architect. Located at the 3rd floor (without lift), it includes :
- a wonderful terrace with view on the roofs as well as a little seaview,
- a nice living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a night corner with a queen-size bed (160 cm), which can be closed with panel curtain system,
- a bathroom with shower and toilets,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, baby bed,
- Wi-Fi, TV, stereo, AC,
- a parking space at the Parking du Centre (5-minute walk).

You can reserve a space at Parking de Verdun (171 Bd de la République, 13600 La Ciotat) by sending them an email with the dates of your reservation.

Please note that the staircase of this property is relatively steep, making this accommodation unsuitable for families with young children.

## Neighborhood

This quiet and bright flat, located in the city centre, in front of the marina, is 3 min walking from the Port Vieux and 15 min from the beaches of La Ciotat. You will be within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and public markets in the city. For a morning break, the Café Alpaga and the Café de l'Horloge are perfect spots! If you want to enjoy a hike, the Calanque du Mugel (1.5 km away) is not to be missed. For a touch of culture and history, go to the Ciotaden Museum, the Eden cinema or La Chaudonnerie. Finally, the immediate proximity of the bus station will allow you to easily explore the region and its surroundings thanks to the Ciotabus bus network!
