"El hotel es precioso. Nos dieron un upgrade en la habitación al llegar. El desayuno es delicioso y con variedad, aunque todos los días es muy similar. Todo el personal es muy amable. La vista desde el balcón es espectacular y las albercas de lo mejor. No fuimos al spa, pues anduvimos en tours por la Toscana todos los días y sólo llegábamos a las albercas. Sin embargo, lo que vimos se veía muy bien."

"Excellent hotel, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even had the patience to speak Italian with me even though I’m only starting to learn the language, which I truly appreciated. This is my second time staying here, and it definitely won’t be the last. I will without a doubt always come back to this hotel whenever I return. The breakfast, service, location, rooms, and cleanliness were all excellent. Thank you so much for all your kindness and attention during my stay. Sofía Paredes 🇲🇽"
