  • Welcome travellers to our spacious 3BR apartment in the heart of Marsascala !

    Enjoy a relaxing stay and feel right at home! The apartment features a private balcony, a terrace featuring a dining area and free use of the BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals.

    The comfortable living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring & each bedroom is designed for your comfort!

    AC and Wi-Fi access throughout. Perfect for long/short stays !

    The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

    For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

    Living and Dining Area | Relax in the spacious living room, complete with comfortable seating and a dining table that seats six. Perfect for family meals or socializing with friends.

    Kitchen | The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including modern appliances, cookware, and utensils.

    Terrace | The spacious terrace features a dining area and BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining.

    Bedrooms | 3 full bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed while the other two bedrooms have two single beds. The main bedroom also has an en-suite.

    Bathroom | Attached to the master bedroom, this bathroom includes a shower for convenience and privacy. The other bathroom is accessible from the living area and includes a bathtub.

    Stay comfortable with air conditioning and connected with Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

    Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

And if you`re in the mood for some outdoor adventure, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as charming fishing villages and historic landmarks to explore.

    Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze, thanks to its convenient location and variety of transportation options. If you`re arriving by car, there is ample street parking available near the apartment. Please note that parking regulations and fees may apply, so be sure to check the signs carefully and follow any instructions provided.

    For those who prefer to travel by public transportation, there are several bus stops nearby that offer easy access to other parts of Marsascala and beyond. The bus service in Malta is reliable and affordable, making it a great option for exploring the area.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
