    Welcome to your cozy home in the beautiful town of Marsascala! This spacious ground-floor maisonette sleeps up to 8 guests and is packed with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

    For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay.

    AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

    There are two bathrooms in the apartment—one with a bath and shower, and the other is an ensuite with a shower.

    Both come with all the essentials, including a sink and toilet, ensuring everyone’s comfort during their stay.

    Nearby, you can visit the famous St. Thomas Bay, a great spot for relaxing or trying out water sports, and the beautiful Marsaxlokk, a traditional fishing village with colorful boats and fresh seafood.

    Marsascala is well-connected, so whether you`re heading to the capital, Valletta, or other popular attractions like the Blue Grotto or the ancient temples of Hagar Qim, you’ll always find something new and exciting to discover.

    The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
