  • About the property.This is a brand new 2015 penthouse that caters all the family because it serves with lift. It is on the 4th floor and it has a large front terraces with outside sofa. All the rooms are served with air conditions In all 3 bed rooms and living and kitchen,it has a bathroom and ensuit,the living has LG42 led smart television with cable TV,The kitchen has all you need toaster, kettle,oven,fridge,freezer, dishwasher, microwave.dishes,pans.

    The apartment has a garage available to guest so if our guest find it hard to park as it is a problem to find parking space in the evening it's available to them included in the price .

Beautiful property

Our stay at this property was a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. It was very spacious and modern. There was restaurants and the beach were a short walk away.we met Steve the host and he was such a lovely person.I would recommend this property to anyone.

Malta at Christmas

We enjoyed our stay in this large, comfortable flat. It is well equipped and only a short walk to the bus terminus, where you can catch buses to various places.

Splendide Penthouse

Très facile d'accès, nous sommes rentré dans un penthouse extrêmement lumineux, très spacieux, décoré avec goût, totalement équipé, au dernier étage de l'immeuble équipé d'un ascenseur. Le propriétaire,très sympathique et très disponible a la moindre question , la mer est a seulement 5 minutes a pieds, restaurants sport nautique,bar a cocktail, nous y avons passé de belles vacances, je recommande vivement ce logement

Lovely apartment

Loved the apartment which had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable, this was our first time visiting Marsakala, the beach and town were really nice so we hope to come back. Jason was a good host responding to any questions we had quickly.

Very nice place for family vacation

Lovely big appartment situated between lively harbour area and quiet bay with small beach.Very friendly host - smooth and quick reply and help.Large supermarket just down the streetQuiet and calm at night. Safe neighbourhood

clean and well appointed apartment in Marsaskala

This apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. My only suggestion would be to provide shampoo as a courtesy; otherwise it was perfect!

Excellent relaxing stay

The apartment was brilliant and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed. Easy 10 minute walk down to the bay at Marsascala or 5 minutes down to St Thomas’ bay. Lovely bars and restaurants at each.

Zum Jahreswechsel nach Malta

Sehr interessant wenn man Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Historische Stätten und Gebäude besuchen möchte. Mit einem Mietwagen lassen sich in kurzer Zeit mehrere an einem Tag besuchen. Landschaftlich eher eintönig aber oft spektakuläre Aussichten von den Klippen.

Lovely modern apartment

Spacious, modern apartment in quiet residential area. Owner very helpful and good communication. Listing on website very accurate. 5 mins walk to local beach and 10 min walk to centre of Marsascala with restaurants, bars and shops.

Nice holidays

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement était bien propre à notre arrivée Il est bien équipé et est spacieux (nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants). La garage a été très apprécié lorsque nous ne trouvions plus de place pour se garer dans la rue. L'hôte a été rès reactif aux demandes que nous lui avons faites. Nous recommandons cet appartement

Recommended Place

The apartment was spotless. Area is quiet, but has some good restaurants. With the centre of the town a 15min walk for more restaurants. Communication with Steve was great. If you have come to Malta for the scuba diving there is very good dive centre a 10 minute drive away. Divemed. I would highly recommend them.

Apparemment magnifique et bien équipé. Contact avec le propriétaire facile et efficace. Le seul point négatif et que tout au tour de l’immeuble il y’a d’autres bâtiment en construction, donc environnent bruyant et pas très beau.

Excellent base

The apartment has large rooms and a great front terrace which gets the morning sun. It is very well equiped too. There is a lot of building work in Marsaskala, thankfully this didn't disturb us. Marsaskala is a good base to explore from. We took the bus into Valletta most days to sightsee there or take a second bus to see more of the island. If planning on using buses buy your weekly ticket in the airport. Should we return to Malta we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment.

Apartment is great

The apartment is great! With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, it is very well equipped. You can find everything you need in the kitchen and the apartment. It is also very conveniently located. You can walk to the city center and the bars and restaurants in 5 minutes. You can also reach the beach and the beach bars in 5 minutes on foot. A great apartment with a good location and transport links. Communication with the landlord is flawless and problem-free. We were able to get into the apartment earlier and the parking in the underground car park is also very good

Wir waren im September 2025 auf Malta. Die Wohnung, die wir gemietet haben, war sauber, gepflegt und sehr geräumig – so groß, dass sich fünf Personen darin ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt haben. Sie ist typisch wie eine Ferienwohnung eingerichtet, jedoch fehlt es an nichts, was man im Alltag braucht. Besonders angenehm waren die große Terrasse und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp – er antwortete stets sehr schnell und war in jeder Angelegenheit äußerst hilfsbereit.Zu Beginn hatten wir einen Mietwagen, einen Citroën Berlingo, der problemlos in die Garage passte. Leider mussten wir dieses Auto reklamieren und bekamen als Ersatz einen größeren Peugeot 5008, mit dem die Einfahrt in die Garage schon schwierig war. Deshalb haben wir auf der Straße geparkt. Die Parkplätze direkt am Haus und in der Umgebung sind am Nachmittag meistens belegt, aber wir haben trotzdem immer einen Platz gefunden – meist in der Nähe des Kreisverkehrs.

Sehr schön großes Appartement

Unser Aufenthalt war echt super,wir konnten ohne Probleme die Wohnung beziehen. Wir haben alle Informationen rechtzeitig erhalten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,doch war leider ein Geruch von"Keller"vorhanden,weswegen wir auf die Nutzung der Schränke verzichtet haben. (Deshalb der kleine Punktabzug.)Die Räume entsprachen den Fotos. Die meisten Elemente der Beschreibung waren vorhanden.Im größeren der beiden Badezimmer ist nur eine Badewanne, leider ohne Duschvorhang, also nur sehr schwierig als Dusche zu verwenden. Einen Grill haben wir nicht vorgefunden,(allerdings haben wir auch nicht nachgefragt )und der angegebene Wäschetrockner, war eine Wäscheleine.Kochutensilien waren genügend vorhanden und in gutem Zustand, Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden,nur ein Mokkakocher. Unser Tip: Verlängerungskabel mitbringen,da im Bad keine Steckdosen für einen Fön sind und sie in den Zimmern hinter den Möbeln versteckt sind.Wir würden wiederkommen. Es war ruhig,der Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke,das Meer ein paar Minuten entfernt und die Busanbindung ist auch sehr gut.

Big and clean apartement with drawbacks

Nice, very large apartment, very good condition, very clean. Nicely furnished, lots of storage space. Kitchen well equipped. The large balcony is in the shade from late morning. The apartment is directly under the roof, so it gets very warm. The A/C in the master bedroom blows directly onto the bed and is quite loud. The internet in the apartment was slow (5-10 MBit). The mattresses are hard. There is no smoke detector in the bedroom. The surroundings are not so nice: no sea view, just houses. Since you are on the 4th floor, you can still see quite far. There are a lot of construction sites in the area, so it can get quite loud starting at 7:00 in the morning. There is a small supermarket around the corner. It's about a 10-minute walk to go swimming. The entrance was a bit difficult to find, but the owner took good care of it and responded immediately, even late in the evening. The garage entrance is so steep that our car crashed the first time we tried to drive in. We always parked on the street, which actually always worked with little effort. Warning! The A/C in the living room and the kitchen must be paid (free in the bedroom). For us it was around €1 for two evenings.

Bel appartement

Un peu étonné par l'environnement, beaucoup de terrains vagues. L'appartement est trés spacieux et trés agréable. Par contre des étagères ou des placards seraient bien appréciables dans les salles de bains car on ne sait pas où poser ses affaires. Nous avons dû déboucher un lavabo. Une petite superette n'est pas très loin. On peut se rendre à pied à une petite plage, ainsi qu'au port. Trés bon séjour et location à recommander

Magnifique appartement, spacieux très agréable

Très bon séjour, même si difficultés de calage au départ pour y rentrer, trouver l'adresse, indications du parking, un peu compliqué avec la fatigue du voyage, et surtout une porte d'entrée de l'immeuble un peu capricieuse au niveau de la serrure, mais la qualité du séjour a ensuite largement permis de dépasser ce petit désagrément plus dû d'ailleurs à notre fatique qu'au logement ! A recommander.

Lokalisieren & beheben Kontakt Schwierigkeiten Dokuplatz War richtig prima. Super Wohnung sehr sauber & gut gelegt, immer wieder gerne. Garage (dunkel) nur mit Fahrer befahrbar, sonst liegt das Auto zu Tief. In der Beschreibung wurde noch eine Information helfen z. B. Hauseingang 3-te Tür von Links, Garage Einfahrt letzte von Links

Excellent penthouse in southern malta

We stayed here for 4 nights over Easter and loved it. Close enough by car to all the sights, and we loved the little beach a short walk away. The flat was clean and spacious. We loved the terrace. Had everything we needed and Steve was easy to communicate with.
