Villa Sand and Sea is a beautiful cottage a few steps away from a beach of thin golden sand in the area of Marsala, on the West coast of Sicily.
Picking this as your holiday home for your stay on the island allows you to stay within walking distance from the shore. You will be staying near Signorino beach, one of the most popular lidos of this part of the island.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and features a porch in the front yard which is a perfect spot for breakfast/dinner.

Villa Sand and Sea is situated on the West coast of Sicily, just 20m away from the beach. The location is perfect for a holiday by the sea and to enjoy the lively Sicilian summer. Bars, restaurants and beachfront resorts are located within a few meters from the estate.
You can reach Marsala city centre in a short drive and there you will find even more attractions, typical trattorias, and of course the charming old town, famous for its unique architecture.

The Western region of Sicily has a lot to offer to tourists. There you will find a couple of breath-taking nature reserves, such as the Stagnone Nature reserve. It consists of 4 isles and a long stretch of coast. The area is well known among kite-surfers, being one of their favourite spots in Sicily; but it also has a historic and cultural importance.

Mothia, one of the four island of this lagoon, hosts indeed an ancient Phoenician fortress that you can visit even today. The Stagnone and all the area is also the home of pink flamingoes flocks, that you can usually see in the morning or in the late afternoon while they rest on the water.

The house has one bedroom and one bathroom, but can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. It can be a nice choice for a couple (with or without children) or for 4 friends. The interior design is simple and colourful. The blue and yellow chosen to paint the walls resemble a traditional Arabian style. The living room is furnished with a dining table and a double sofa bed, while a kitchenette is located in a separate area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden and has a porch in the front yard which is a perfect place for breakfast and dinner. The beach is right outside your door, only 20 metres away.

Local tourist tax applies: €1.00 per person per night up to a 5-night stay. Children under 14 years and adults over 75 years are exempt. The tourist tax does not apply between 15 January and 15 March or between 15 November and 15 December.

Safety Deposit € 300 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.
