The house has four comfortable bedrooms, two master bedrooms with double beds, two modular rooms that can be prepared with a large double bed or two single beds depending on your needs.

Outside, let yourself be seduced by a magnificent private swimming pool without vis-à-vis, ideal for cooling off under the Moroccan sun. A shaded terrace will allow you to share your meals, or simply enjoy the quiet, while the large panoramic roof terrace offers exceptional views of the surrounding landscapes and spectacular sunsets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals:

A fridge, oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. You will also enjoy a charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

To extend the experience, our cook can prepare delicious homemade Moroccan dishes to cook directly at the villa so that you can enjoy the freshly prepared meals.

Travelers have exclusive access to the entire property. You will enjoy the private swimming pool, terraces, garden, living areas and free parking on site.

Our property manager will welcome you on site to accompany you as soon as you arrive.

A baby cot can be made available on request to accommodate the youngest in the best conditions.

To maintain the security of the premises, a camera is installed only outside and covers the street in front of the entrance. It is deactivated for the duration of the traveller's stay.

The gardener intervenes every morning and evening for the maintenance of the garden and gladly adapts to the schedule that suits you best in order to preserve your tranquility.

Between the desert landscapes of Agafay and Marrakech, the villa enjoys a privileged location that allows you to fully enjoy the region while finding the calm of a private property.

In a few minutes, reach the Agafay desert for a ATV tour, a camel ride or a dinner under the stars.
