You arrive alone and lost in old town . All taxi or driver arrive at parking of diour saboun 2 minutes of the door riad. Cher monsieur, Merci pour votre avis. Juste une précision Notre hôtel est en plaine Medina accessible par taxi privatif . Vous n'avez pas souhaitez malgré nos recommandations commander le transfert privatif par l'hôtel et nous vous amenions au pied du riad tranquillement et sereinement.Il est bien marque sur notre page Expedia transfert privatif par l'hôtel recommandé. Vous êtes donc tombe avec des taxis mal attentionnés de l'aéroport et vous avez du marcher en médina avec vos bagages. Tout cela est de votre responsabilité alors pourquoi dire de pas belles choses sur notre riad ce n'est pas correcte surtout que sans vous connaitre à votre arrivée nous vous avions surclasse et vous faire une belle surprise. Pas un merci vous nous avez dit. Notre riad est extrêmement bien place près du musée de Marrakech et 10 mm à pied de la place jama el fna un petit village . Notre rue est éclairée 24 h sur 24 c'est un point positif car notre riad est calme on entend que les oiseaux vous avez oublié de dire cela.....Svp cher futures clients commandez vos transferts privatifs directement au riad nous prendrons soin de vous comme il se doit . bien à vous

Unfortunatly you book with your agence a private transfert not with our driver of hotel who pick up you at airport and bring you at door riad. Our street is perfect because when you arrive you discover a wondefull riad of 18 e siecle and i think you appreciatehope next time you will order the private transfert with our driver for 250 dhs by transfert king regards

De plus votre chambre etait trop sale vous n avez pas respecte le riad ni personne megot de cigarettes cannettes de bières alors que vous avez introduit au riad etc le reste sans commentaires.. Ne remettez pas sur les autres svp ce que vous vous êtes. vous avez eu un comportement irrespectueux et je ne me suis pas gêné de vous en faire part . La vérité de ce que VOUS vous êtes. We have a chef and two cooks everything is done at the riad in the kitchen, you mention under contract it is serious what you dare to write, Moroccan and international cuisine. Dear Alice thank for your review, unfortunatly you never order our driver who pick up airport direct to the riad for 22 euros you could be quiet but you don t did. The street you spoke it is a very good thing because you find a riad quiet , all the quqrtier of medina is secure all peaple very friendly you know that . I dont undestand your review . sometimes it is better to spend some money to have a private driver and be at top, but you dont listen to our recommadation. Thank to riad my staff are good service and very kind, and your room at top with flower. we work with passion and you rreview is not fine about medina because you dont wanted to spend a lot money we can do nothing. This riad is always full all the day and all our guests come back, pushaps you will prefer a hotel in the new town and in this case we are not responsable of your choice, No swiming pool are warm in hotel and all my guest swim and are so happy. chere madame, nous n avions pas de reservation pour vous, il etait normal de liberer la chambre pour un de nos client qui avait une resa a notre hotel et qui est arrive a 1 h 30 du matin.Nous etions la pour vous chere madame et je vous ai envoye un de nos taxis qui vous a mis dans un autre hotel. D autre part la dame francise comme vous dites est reste avec vous jusqu a votre depart du riad, et elle travaille 15 heures par jour et oui le riad est non stop complet. en tous les cas desolee pour vous mais vous l ecrivez erreur de resa de votre agence et vous vous vengez sur notre hotel merci beaucoup bonne continuation

Bonjour monsieur le riad est accecible depuis 18 ans et non stop complet, nous travaillons depuis 18 ans aves les plus gros Tour operateurs du monde qui ne tarissent d eloges et de compliments envers ce riad. on vous a conseille de prendre nos transferts pour la modique somme de 20 euros , vous avez eu la facture .. si les prix sont exorbitants je pense vous avez fait erreur de reservation et un hotel all incluse aurait ete mieux pour vos vacances..De plus tous nos prix sont affiches sur la carte menu vous ecrivez en anonyme peut etre faite vous parti de certaines resa que nous avons eu de faux clients qui s amusent a reserver sur expedia pour ensuite mettre de mauvais commentaires expres c est pas grave car le succes parfois amene de mauvaises personnes .. merci a tous nos chers clients de votre fidelite et de tous vos avis et message gentil et soutien et a tous nos partenaires Tour operateurs qui nous soutiennent non stop depuis 18 ans Esprit du Maroc est une belle ste et cela derange certaines personnes , c est la vie.. bonne continuation
