"Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We had a very pleasant stay, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were kind and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our visit. We truly appreciate your excellent service and hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!"
"Sehr gutes Bett. Gute Einrichtung.
Leider kein Service.
"Overall, this is currently my go-to hotel in Bursa. It’s nice, clean, the staff are good, etc. A very solid well-priced hotel.
The only issue we had was that the bathroom ventilator would cause a disgusting smell when turned on, which is counterintuitive. We just stopped turning it on and everything was perfect.
A suggestion would also be to consider improving the breakfast."
