It was me who you initially spoke to about the birthday request and as I informed you whilst we were in house, had there been a note on the reservation the team would have left something in your room upon your arrival, despite this I still offered you a complimentary bottle of Champagne as well as card and chocolates in the room which you were more than happy with at the time.
