  • With its elegant and refined interior, this chalet in Marliana offers a luxurious holiday. The Chalet is ideal for a family or a group of 6 friends._x000D_

    The chalet has parking facilities and is in a quiet location that allows for hiking or mountain biking along the beautiful surrounding hills. Other places to visit include Tuscan cities such as Montecatini Terme (16 km), Pistoia (20 km) and Lucca (44 km). A little further away is the world-famous city of Pisa (57 km) and the Tuscan capital Florence (63 km), as well as the Versilia (64 km), which is well worth a visit. Excellent restaurants can be found in nearby Feminamorta and Goraiolo._x000D_

Wir hatten eine absolut schöne Zeit an diesem Ort. Riesiger Garten, angenehme Brise vom Meer, ordentliches und sauberes Haus und hervorragendes WLAN. Zwei nette Restaurants sind nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und abgelegen (zwanzig Minuten bis zu einem richtigen Supermarkt), aber das ist nur gut so.

Casa dei Sogni is a very pleasant three bedroom chalet. It has a large garden, and is fitted with everything you need in a three bedroom holiday home. The location is quite strategic; it is fairly close to cities like Pistoia, Lucca and Pisa while it is also possible to have day trips further in the Appenine mountains in the direction of Abetone. Also, the location up on a hill is less hot than in the valley, and there are two restaurants at walking distance. A car is a must, as well as some skill in handling small roads in the hills.

mitten in den Bergen, wo es nachts so dunkel ist, dass man nichts sieht, aber man kann auf die Umgebung blicken. Ein Haus, das komplett ausgestattet ist und einen schönen Garten. Nachdem Sie aus den Bergen geschleudert wurden, sind alle schönen Orte in guter Reiseentfernung. Wir fanden es großartig!

Einfach ein fantastisches Ferienhaus, wenn Sie Ruhe und Frieden suchen. Da Sie sich auf einem Berg befinden, haben Sie wenig Verkehr und Lärm, aber alle Annehmlichkeiten sind in der Nähe, mehrere Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar und ein Geschäft ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Außerdem ist die Aussicht über die Stadt am Fuße des Berges phänomenal.Der Besitzer des Hauses spricht nur Italienisch, aber mit Google Übersetzer kommt man weit. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes ein Problem mit der Wasserversorgung, aber nach Kontakt per Whatsapp war er innerhalb von 30 Minuten am Gate um es zu lösen, am Ende wurde noch am selben Tag ein Teil durch einen Mechaniker ausgetauscht und alles funktionierte wieder einwandfrei.

Super Haus in traumhafter Panoramalage. Sehr gepflegt und alles da, was es zum Leben braucht. Den großen, gepflegten Garten kann man auf den Bildern gar nicht so gut sehen. Hier haben wir schöne Abendstunden verbracht. Haben bei Ankunft eine schnelle Einweisung bekommen. Der Besitzer war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Alle größeren Städte in der Umgebung (Pisa, Lucca, Florenz, Montecatini Terme, etc.) sind in 30-90 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die ständige Fahrt auf den Berg zurück. (Das war uns aber bei Buchung bewusst) Dafür wurden wir aber jede Nacht mit angenehmen Temperaturen, super Luft, Ruhe und einem wunderschönen Ausblick belohnt. Sehr zu empfehlen für 3-4 Personen. Danach wird es doch sehr kuschelig :) Die 2 Restaurants im Ort sind super zu Fuß erreichbar und beide qualitativ super. Insgesamt waren es 2 tolle Wochen und wir haben unsere Wahl keinen Moment bereut.
